Badgers Game

Tracy and I went to the UW Badgers game against Michigan yesterday! It was a great game and it turned out well for, well, my team. :P Since Tracy is a native Michigander, she was adorned in maize and blue. That led to the drunken assholes behind us continually hitting her on the head every time Wisconsin did something good. We were both pretty annoyed toward the end of the game. It’s hard to believe that alcohol can make 40-something-year-old men act so damn adolescent, but it happens. The seats were pretty good and the cold weather made it feel like a football game. Next time I’m bringing a blanket… and a stun gun.

How ‘Bout Them Packers

Did anybody honestly think that the Packers would go into their bye week with a winning record, much less a 5-1 record? I know I didn’t. Hell, I thought that their record would have been the opposite of what it is now… though, I thought the one win that they would have had would have come against the Bears. ;) Anyway… now that the Badgers are sucking big time, it’s good to have a local team that we can still put some faith in.
