Milwaukee: A Stepping Stone for Basketball Coaches
April 2nd, 2008 by FuzzTagged as: basketball, Indiana Hoosiers, Marquette, Tom Crean.
First - Bo Ryan left UW-Milwaukee to go coach the Badgers.
Then - Bruce Pearl left UW-Milwaukee to go coach the Tennessee Volunteers.
Now - Coach Tom Crean leaves Marquette to go coach Indiana.
I don’t know what the huge appeal is with the Hoosiers, anyway. Seriously, it’s Indiana. That would be like being giddy over moving to Iowa. Hey, Tom, Indiana and Iowa are basically the same state, except, you know, Indiana is taller.
Anyway, I digress. I wish Tom Crean the worst of luck (but only because he is moving over to the Big 10.)
Go Badgers. Go Eagles. Go Panthers.

Gene Hackman seemed to enjoy Indiana basketball enough.
