Keeping With That Heaven Theme
August 31st, 2007 by FuzzMy back is all sorts of jacked up. It has been for about three weeks. I pulled something when I was lifting a speaker out of the work van and now I have a knot in my back about the size of a friggin’ walnut.
Today has been especially painful, so I decided to quit complaining about it (even though I am now) and go get myself a massage at In Excelsis Day Spa in West Bend. It was friggin’ awesome!!! I still hurt like a son-of-a-bitch, but at least now it’s a relaxed hurt? 
Anyway, if you can swing it, Michelle at IEDS kicks ass!
Back to work!!!

Too bad your massage therapist neighbor didn’t help you out!!! I don’t always think (like you didn’t know that)! You should have asked! But Michelle does a great job! Good for you Fuzz!

One word, Chiropractor! Seriously, if you can find a good one with a good rep, you might want to try it. I developed a serious hip issue during my last pregnancy, and I wouldn’t have been able to walk for half of it had I not seen one. My hips were about 3 inches out of alignment (a big deal where the displacement was).
